Charter Hall are developing the Southern Cross Arcade site on King William Street. The new 15 storey office tower will include 3,000 square metres of ground floor retail space. This development follows Charter Halls’ $260m GPO Exchange project further south on King William Street.

The City of Adelaide has announced that Commercial & General will develop site at 88 O’Connell Street in the heart of North Adelaide.
